Hongunjang is an old overseas Chinese restaurant in Daechi-dong, Seoul, serving jjamppong, gunmandu, and tangsuyuk. The gunmandu has thin wrappers, and the tangsuyuk is served with the sauce poured over it. It is run by a family of overseas Chinese descent and has continued for three generations. The ganjajang is lightly seasoned and plain.
