Hinotsuki Grand InterContinental is a Japanese restaurant serving kaiseki and sushi omakase on the first floor of the InterContinental Seoul Parnas. Most seating is at a room bar counter for eight, with courses built from seasonal ingredients and some ingredients brought from Japan.
