Dosak is a grill restaurant near Hanti Station in Daechi-dong, Seoul, serving Hanwoo cow sirloin and beef tongue. The sirloin is sliced by knife in the store rather than by machine, leaving it thin but with texture intact, and seasoned galbi-sal and Hanwoo cow yukhoe can be ordered as well. The newly opened store serves side dishes in ceramic bowls, has a ventilation system, and has its own parking lot. Bringing wine is corkage-free.
