Belgium Jazz Cafe is in the basement of 20 Seoul-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, across from the airport terminal in Samseong-dong. It serves imported wine, beer, and spirits, with a large selection of imported wines and Blanc draft beer, and offers live singing. At lunch it runs as Dongat, where the spice level of the spicy donkat is chosen from mild, spicy, or very spicy, and a self-service corner is available. A bottle of beer is on the expensive side.
