Torikichi is an izakaya in the alleys of Samseong-dong in Seoul that serves yakitori and light snacks. Its signature items are cheese kushikatsu, salt-grilled chicken skin, and spicy grilled chicken legs. The skewers come charred and crisp on the outside.
