「若い女の像」佐藤忠良

The Statue of a Young Woman stands in Sank Garden at 12 Chome Odorinishi in Chuo Ward, Sapporo. It is a sculpture by Sato Tadayoshi, showing a young woman wearing only jeans, positioned beside roses and a fountain with the Sapporo City Archives behind her. The organizing committee donated it in 1984 to commemorate the 23rd Lions Oriental and Southeast Asia Forum. During rose season, many people take photographs there, making it difficult to capture a picture without people in it.
