Sunken Garden

Sunken Garden is a rose garden in front of the Sapporo City Archives at 12 Chome Odorinishi, Chuo Ward, Sapporo, on the west side of Odori Park. A fountain and water channel sit at its center, and roses bloom from mid-June alongside lavender. The archives building forms the backdrop, making it a spot for photographs of the flower beds. The garden is not large, so it is not a place to stay for long.
