聖恩無彊碑

Seongeunbi is a stone pagoda over 16 meters tall in the west 5-chome area of Odori Park in Sapporo. The pagoda is inscribed with the characters for "seong-eun mugang," and water spouts from dragon and lion heads. It was built in Showa 14, and a bronze plaque on the back of the west side describes the circumstances of its construction. During the summer festival period, the surrounding area may be under construction.
