The observation corridor on the 19th floor of Sapporo City Hall is free to enter. From the south and north corridors, visitors look out at Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, the Clock Tower, Sapporo Station, the Ishikari Plain and Mount Moiwa. It is open on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from late April through October 31, and visitors take the city hall elevator on the first floor up to the 19th floor. Reflections on the glass walls, along with haze or dirt, keep photos from coming out sharp.
