Sapporo Kitasanjo Plaza is a large square near Sapporo Station where you can look at the red brick building of the Former Hokkaido Government Office. Between the two large trees on either side, it is a good spot for taking photos. In winter, you can see snow-covered paths together with illuminations. It suits a short visit for taking photos and passing through.
