The Noria Sapporo Susukino Ferris wheel sits on the roof of the Norvesa building in the Susukino district of Sapporo. At night the lights come on, and riders look down over the Susukino streets and Sapporo TV Tower from above. Tickets are bought from a vending machine and shown to staff at the boarding floor entrance, and one rotation takes about 8 to 10 minutes. Nearby high-rise buildings block the view, so the night scenery is plainer than expected.
