Wabisuke

Wabiske is a soba restaurant in a quiet alley of Fukuoka, housed in a building with an old folk house atmosphere. It serves kamo soba, on soba, and zaru soba, with grilled green onion and yuzu-scented dashi brought out alongside the noodles. An elderly couple runs the restaurant, so food takes some time to arrive, and reservations are needed on weekends or during the lunch peak. Ordering is very difficult without Japanese.
