Shofuen

Shofuen is a Japanese garden and tea house in an upscale residential area of Fukuoka. Visitors sit on a wide open veranda and have matcha with traditional Japanese sweets. Entry and drink orders are cash only, and ordered drinks are brought to the seat. Heated rooms and cool rooms with open windows are separated, and the garden and house are smaller than expected.
