Fukuoka Castle Ruins

Fukuoka Castle Ruins is a historical site in Maizuru Park, next to Ohori Park, where stone walls and moats remain. From the observation point at the high ground, Fukuoka Tower, Tenjin, and central Fukuoka spread out in one view. In spring many cherry trees bloom, and the site connects to Ohori Park for walking. Only stone walls and foundations remain at the ruins, so no castle or buildings can be seen.
