Konosu-yama Observation Deck sits in the woods behind Naga Junior High School in Fukuoka and looks down over Hakata Bay. From the deck, Hakata Bay, Fukuoka Tower and the Itoshima area are visible to the north and west, while Aburayama and Sefuri-san fall within view to the south. The climb from the entrance behind Naga Junior High School takes about 10 minutes, and the mountain stands roughly 100 meters high. Trash and cigarette butts are scattered around the observation deck.
