Kihinkan Hall

The Former Fukuoka Prefectural Public Hall Guest House stands near Tenjin Central Park beside the Nakasu River. It shows Western-style architecture and old interior decoration from the industrialization era. A cafe on the first floor serves coffee, brunch, and afternoon tea sets. At night the building is lit up, and its modern exterior looks different from the daytime, though the spaces open to the public and the things to see are limited.
