Yukdaejang Geunhwajeom

Yukdaejang Geunhwajeom is a yukgaejang restaurant in Geunhwa-dong, Chuncheon. Its yukgaejang is made in the old style, with large scallions and yangji beef in a red broth that is not spicy. Side dishes are taken from a self-service bar, and each person must order one bowl rather than sharing a single bowl. The amount of dangmyeon noodles is on the small side.
