Yeoldudal Pyeongyang Son Mandu

Yeoldudal Pyeongyang Sonmandu serves Pyeongyang-style handmade dumplings, mandu-guk, and naengmyeon (cold noodles). It is in Yoseon-dong, Chuncheon, across from Inseong Hospital. The restaurant makes plain meat dumplings in-house and serves them in Pyeongyang mandu-guk and chadol eolkeun kalmandu. The chadol eolkeun kalmandu broth is spicy like yukgaejang, and the mung bean pancake is crisp outside and moist inside.
