Wonnim Bapsang is a home-style set meal restaurant in a basement near Chuncheon City Hall. It serves jeyuk with spicy side dishes, and the spice level of the side dishes is mild enough for Japanese diners. Japanese and Chinese staff work there. Orders can be placed without speaking Korean.
