Umul Makguksu

Umul Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant in Seoksa-dong, Chuncheon. The makguksu is eaten with dongchimi added, and the restaurant also sells gamjajeon and cheese gamjajeon. The thick noodles are mixed with small amounts of mustard, sugar, and vinegar, and baekkimchi is served alongside. The suyuk has a texture from freezing and thawing, which is divisive.
