Umi Dakgalbi Makguksu

Umidakgalbi Makguksu is an old dakgalbi restaurant on the dakgalbi street in Onui-dong, Chuncheon. The dakgalbi comes in an old-style preparation with light seasoning, and the meal continues with chicken innards and myeon sari mixed in, then bokkeum bap. Staff watch the meat as it cooks, tell you the order to eat in, and stir-fry it themselves, and there are regulars who have been coming for over 20 years. The makguksu is served with noodles cut with scissors and a separate bowl of chilled dongchimi broth.
