Solgaemi Dakgalbi is a dakgalbi restaurant in Udu-dong, Chuncheon. It serves griddle-style dakgalbi, and the bokkeumbap is fried until a scorched rice layer forms. The restaurant faces Gongjicheon, so after a meal you can walk the riverside bike path. Eating through the bokkeumbap as well leaves you quite full.
