Sushi Jang is a sushi restaurant in Somyang-ro, Chuncheon. It serves omakase by reservation at lunch and dinner, and the shari is firm yet breaks apart well. Lunch reservations are at 12:00 and 1:30, dinner at 7:00, and a meal takes about an hour. The space seats only about 9 to 10 people, so it is not suited to private business conversations.
