Sangolsong Kalguksu

Sangolsong Kalguksu is a hand-pulled kalguksu shop in Seoksa-dong, Chuncheon. The thick broth is made with anchovy and kelp, and the noodles are kneaded in-house and served chewy. By 2 p.m. the seats fill up quickly, and dadegi, kimchi, and radish are served alongside. The broth is rich and thick, so it does not suit those looking for a clear broth.
