Saemigol Chueotang is a chueotang restaurant in Yoseon-dong, Chuncheon. It uses domestic loach and a gochujang-based broth with buchu, enoki mushrooms, and egg, cooked in the Yeongdong style. The seating was changed from floor tables to chair tables, and sam is served before the meal. The broth is thick and rich.
