Samdae Makguksu

Samdae Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant in Chuncheon. The noodles contain a high proportion of buckwheat and are served with a sauce on top, and cold broth is poured in midway to eat them like mul makguksu. There is a wait at 2 p.m. on holidays, and on Chuseok the wait ran over an hour. The base makguksu is lightly seasoned, so vinegar and sugar are added separately.
