Namchon Makguksu

Namchon Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant in Chuncheon that serves thick buckwheat noodles along with tteok mandu guk and suyuk. The makguksu comes topped with ground meat garnish and is eaten with broth on the side. The noodle portions are large and the noodles are chewy, served with yeolmu kimchi and dongchimi. The restaurant is busy on weekday lunches and winter evenings, so a quiet meal is difficult.
