Menshiru is a ramen shop behind the rear gate of Kangwon National University in Chuncheon. It serves tonkotsu ramen and tantanmen, and customers can crush garlic themselves. Noodle refills are available, and there is a self-service bar. The shop sits in a university-district alley, so parking spaces are hard to find.
