Joyakdol Sutbul Dakgalbi

Joyakdol Sutbul Dakgalbi is a charcoal grill restaurant in Chuncheon that serves dakgalbi and pork collar. The dakgalbi is cooked on thick pebbles, either salted or marinated, and noodles are sold as well. A single bowl of noodles is sometimes divided into two bowls. The anchangsal cut stays tough even when cooked longer.
