Hyeongje Charcoal Dak-galbi

Hyeongje Sutbul Dakgalbi is a charcoal-grilled dakgalbi restaurant in Hupyeong-dong, Chuncheon, next to 1.5 Dakgalbi. The dakgalbi comes in salt-grilled, soy sauce-grilled, and seasoned versions, all cooked over charcoal. The owner does the initial grilling, so diners do not have to handle the whole process of cooking the chicken. The portions of dakgalbi are on the large side.
