Hwayang Gaeksan is a black pork restaurant near Hallym University in Chuncheon. It serves samgyeopsal, pork collar, regular pork, and black pork. The restaurant also offers doenjang kalguksu, which has a chewy texture like tteokbokki. The selection of meat is limited to a few cuts.
