Hoeyeonglu

Hoeyeongnu serves Chinese dishes including jjajang, jjamppong, and junghwa naengmyeon in the Myeongdong district of Chuncheon. Its signature junghwa naengmyeon pairs a peanut base with an egg yolk broth and chewy noodles. Baengnyeon jjajang is eaten with raw garlic added to taste, and samseon jjamppong is a non-spicy soup with a large amount of seafood. The tangsuyuk comes with a clean sauce that does not leave a greasy feeling after eating.
