Hambujajip

Hambujajip is a beef shabu-shabu restaurant in Chuncheon. Diners cook stacked beef and galbi in either a clear broth or a spicy broth, and can order bokkeum bap at the end of the meal. Making bokkeum bap after finishing the shabu softens the spicy flavor. The restaurant sits inside an alley, so parking is inconvenient.
