Cheongmirae Dakgalbi

Cheongmirae Dakgalbi is a chicken restaurant behind the back gate of Gangwon National University in Chuncheon. It serves dak samgyeop made from chicken thigh meat, eaten with tofu, grilled kimchi, and mustard sauce, and the owner grills the meat. Kimchi is stir-fried with the meat's oil plus olive oil, and after the meal fried rice and sikhye are available. Because the meat takes time to cook, it is better to order a large amount from the start.
