Kiki is a tearoom in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, on the basement floor of the Yurakucho complex, connected directly to Hibiya Station. It serves scones, sandwiches and afternoon tea, with a lunch set or an afternoon tea that includes peach desserts and more than ten kinds of black tea tasted over 80 minutes. Nine seats line an L-shaped counter, where guests set up a sign to order more tea or switch to a different one, and leftover scones can be packed in a takeout bag. Reservations are required, and seats are few enough that they fill up months in advance.
