Uminosachi Sho is a small specialty shop in Tokyo serving seafood rice bowls centered on tuna and sea urchin. Customers choose among tuna bowl, tuna and sea urchin bowl, and omakase, with the tuna served in generous portions. Seating consists of two four-person tables, two two-person tables, and about three counter seats, and evening service begins at 6:45 p.m. according to the notice at the door. Paying by card adds 10%.
