Tsukemen Yasubee Akihabara is a basement ramen shop near JR Akihabara Station that serves shoyu, miso, and spicy tsukemen. You dip thick, chewy noodles into a rich tsukedjiru, then finish with soup-wari after the noodles are gone. Around noon, a line of about six people cleared in five to seven minutes, and you order prepaid at a ticket machine. The basement stairs are narrow and the interior is counter seating, so seating three or more people together is difficult.
