Tori no Kakehashi

Tori no Kakehashi is a high-end yakitori restaurant in the Akihabara area of Tokyo, a three-minute walk from Kanda Station. It grills individual cuts such as chicken neck, chicken heart, seseri, sori, and chicken knee cartilage over charcoal. The restaurant has only counter seats, so reserving before going is advisable, and orders can be placed as a course or as sets of five, seven, or ten skewers. Prices are on the high side.
