Sushi Shiina

Sushi Shiina is an omakase sushi restaurant in Tokyo serving Edomae-style sushi, a five-minute walk from Kanda Station. The course presents twelve kinds of sushi along with hoe and dessert in sequence. At the counter seats, diners watch the chef prepare sushi directly in front of them and hear ingredient explanations that include Korean. The course portions are large, and the price range is high.
