Ramen Tanaka soba Otemachi One

Tanaka Soba is a Kitakata-style Chinese soba shop on the basement first floor of Otemachi One, directly connected to Otemachi Station. Its Yamagata spicy miso ramen starts with a sweet miso broth, to which diners add spicy miso little by little to change the flavor. Around 11:30 a line of about ten people forms, and customers buy a meal ticket first before joining it. The broth is on the salty side.
