Hie Shrine

Hie Shrine sits among the high-rise buildings of Akasaka in Tokyo, with a path of red torii gates. The shrine keeps the monkey as a divine messenger, and the narrow route continues through the red torii. There are several entrances, and the torii path leads to narrow, steep stairs. There are no tourist sites nearby, so it is inconvenient to fit into an itinerary.
