Son Bokseong Dwaeji Galbi

Sonbokseong Dwaeji Galbi is a pork galbi restaurant in Uam-dong, Cheongju. It grills yangnyeom dwaeji galbi and saeng dwaeji galbi over a charcoal briquette stove, and serves noodles alongside. The air conditioning runs well, so it stays cool in summer, and red kongnamul guk comes out first. Because of the briquette fire, the meat has to be turned constantly throughout the meal.
