Dongbang Saenggogi

Dongbang Saenggogi is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Naedeok-dong, Cheongju. It serves samgyeopsal marinated in a house soy sauce and grilled as ganjang samgyeopsal, along with pork jowl and galmaegisal. Orders of meat come with makguksu noodles and a large ttukbaegi of sundubu jjigae, while vegetables, mushrooms, kimchi and ramyeon are taken from a self-service bar. Ventilation is poor, so clothes pick up the smell of meat after a visit.
