Sushi Hero is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Cheongju that serves a wide range of sushi and thick cuts of hoe. Every plate costs the same regardless of plate color, so customers can pick whatever sushi they want right away. The restaurant offers many kinds of sushi, and the hoe comes with a chewy texture. At mealtimes the wait is at least an hour, and on weekday lunches it can run up to an hour and a half.
