Marubul Dolgui Bunpyeongjeom is a stone-plate grill meat restaurant in Bunpyeong-dong, Cheongju. Staff grill samgyeopsal, pork collar, and hanwoo on a large circular stone plate at the table. After an initial grilling, they pour liquor over the meat and set it alight. The stone plate is large enough that table space for other food is limited, and additional side dishes are taken from a self-service corner.
