Eomaesaeng Samgyeopsal is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant in Cheongju. Samgyeopsal is the signature dish, and the restaurant also serves kimchi stew, pollack stew, and duck jumulleok. Every table in the seating area has been replaced with a dining table. Side dishes come out in generous portions.
