Cham Sut Gyerim Dakgalbi

Cham Sut Gyerim Dakgalbi is a charcoal chicken galbi restaurant in Gae sin-dong, Cheongju. The chicken comes in three versions: salt, yangnyeom, and spicy yangnyeom, and it is pre-grilled before being cooked at the table on an automatic grill. On weekends, parties of three or more should reserve in advance, and the grill is replaced once for every three servings. Even after the meal, tables do not open up immediately, so people sometimes wait outside.
