Bubu Nongjang

Bubu Nongjang Munui Sinaenjeom is a gochujang samgyeopsal restaurant next to Munui Middle School in Munui-myeon, Cheongju. It serves gochujang samgyeopsal, deodeok gui, and danhobak yeongyangbap together, with the food cooked and placed on a heated stone plate. Weekend lunches can involve a wait, and the restaurant has its own parking lot, though when it is full customers must use Hoban Parking Lot. The gochujang seasoning and the deodeok gui are on the salty side.
