Yakitori Pano

Yakitori Pano is a charcoal grill restaurant serving Japanese-style yakitori near the Rodeo Street area of Apgujeong-dong in Seoul. The yakitori comes as an omakase course served in sequence, paired with charcoal-grilled chicken skewers and highballs. Chef Kim Pan-ho handles everything from butchering the chicken to grilling over charcoal, running the place alone. Reservations are taken by phone only once a month, which makes getting a seat difficult.
