Ushiya

Ushiya is a Korean restaurant in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, that serves beef omakase. Its oxtail jjim comes with chewy meat and lean meat in a clear broth, and grilled dishes are cooked with a light brush of seasoning.
